Our mission
Thank you for visiting our site. We’re Kash & Karissa—Canadians who made the life-changing decision to relocate to Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic.
“For over 15 years, we traveled the world searching for a place that felt like home. We always knew we wanted more than what our city and country offered—but we hadn’t found a place that checked every box. In late 2020, we finally took the leap and moved.” – Kash H.
Back in Canada, Kash built and operated multiple successful, world-class businesses, along with both residential and commercial real estate holdings. He leads a team of over 200 employees across hospitality, food manufacturing, restaurants, bars, construction, and development. Every project the company has completed to date was designed, built, and executed internally.
Kash holds a Master’s Degree from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a university in Indiana. He attended Ball State on a Division 1 tennis scholarship, drawn by their nationally ranked tennis program. After university, he spent several years in Chicago working in global sales for major companies including Lucent Technologies and SBC Ameritech.
We’ve been married for over elevon years and are proud parents to a beautiful daughter. We chose Las Terrenas because it offers everything we dreamed of for our family—community, culture, natural beauty, and opportunity.
Once we settled in and experienced the lifestyle here, we knew we wanted to help others do the same. Kash launched his YouTube channel to share real, current, and professional insights for people considering a move. We understand the needs of North Americans because we’ve lived them—and that perspective matters when navigating real estate and relocation abroad. Since launching our company, we’ve helped countless individuals and families achieve ownership here and guided them every step of the way.
